Dr Michael Mosley, best known for his Fast 800 Diet plans, has now shared his top tips for giving your body a boost without pulling on your workout gear, and you won’t even need to break a sweat to try them for yourself.
In an article penned for the Mail Online, Dr Mosley shared a number of scientist-backed suggestions for getting that post-exercise glow without lifting weights or running for miles, and they couldn’t be easier to try for yourself.
