Sleep psychologist Dr Katherine Hall explained that there are many benefits of snoozing in the nude, the biggest being that it improves blood circulation.
She said: “When you sleep your blood circulation increases regardless, but sleeping naked stops any clothing like socks or tight pyjamas from restricting blood flow.
