Sleep psychologist Dr Katherine Hall has explained that sleeping naked can improve your overall health and wellbeing – including boosting your oxytocin levels

As the months start to grow colder, many Brits wrap up in their comfiest PJs to stay warm during the winter nights.

But an expert has claimed that sleeping naked is encouraged as it improves your overall health and wellbeing.

Sleep psychologist Dr Katherine Hall explained that there are many benefits of snoozing in the nude, the biggest being that it improves blood circulation.

She said: “When you sleep your blood circulation increases regardless, but sleeping naked stops any clothing like socks or tight pyjamas from restricting blood flow.
