The Just Stop Oil group has returned to the M25 motorway this morning for a third day of protesting – and we want to know what you think.
Campaigners have targeted five locations on Britain’s busiest motorway, bringing traffic to a standstill.
The activists are calling on the government to halt all new fossil fuel licences in the North Sea.
In a statement, Just Stop Oil said the government’s refusal to halt North Sea oil and gas extraction would contribute to global warming, which “will result in the collapse of ordered civil society, the loss of our rights and freedoms and the death of countless millions of people”.
