 A DJ who quizzed Tupac Shakur's killer years before he was charged revealed the interview technique that he felt caught him out. DJ Vlad – real name Vladimir Lyubovny – explained what happened during his chat with Duane 'Keffe D' Davis, who has since been charged with one count of open murder. The American interviewer appeared on Piers Morgan's Talk TV show Uncensored and shared his experience with the broadcaster. He revealed that he used Keefe D's self-published 2019 memoir Compton Street Legend about the drive-by shooting as a 'blueprint' when he felt the witness was dodging his questions. The journalist said that he would reference the account written by Keefe D in order to make sure the interviewee was offering an accurate account of the incident. During the chat on Monday night, DJ Vlad also shared why he ignored the Las Vegas police's emails requesting raw footage to be handed over initially. A documentary, called Last Man Standing: Suge Knight And The Murders Of Biggie & Tupac, explored the deaths of both rappers, and the life of Death Row Records founder Marion Suge Knight, who was driving the BMW when Shakur died. 'He admitted he was in the murder car and gave an interview going into the shooting of Tupac in great detail.'
