Diablo 4 players can get ahead start about the changes included in the 1.1.1 patch notes thanks to the most recent developer livestream
Diablo 4 update 1.1.1 is confirmed to be coming very soon, and Activision Blizzard has already lifted the lid on some of the big changes coming.
In the attempt to appease ongoing fan outcry following update 1.1.0a’s notorious character class nerfs, Activision Blizzard has been discussing in advance what players can expect when update 1.1.1 gets rolled out into Diablo 4 very soon. We already knew that major changes were in store for the Barbarian and Sorcerer, since they were weakened significantly, but as part of last week’s campfire chat livestream we now know there’s a whole lot more in store.
Update 1.1.1’s significant balance changes will arrive during the midst of Season of the Malignant, Diablo 4’s debut season that challenges players to track down Malignant Hearts in order to gain even more powerful loot. It’s sorely needed, too, given that the community has continually voiced its frustration with how Diablo 4 Season 1 has been handled, not to mention the glitches that arrived as a result such as the pesky Imperfectly Balanced Diablo 4 bug.
