Delevingne speaks out after fierce backlash for ignoring Brundle at British GP

Supermodel and actor Cara Delevigne has given her side of the story after appearing to turn down Sky Sports F1 reporter Martin Brundle’s request for an interview live on TV at the British Grand Prix. She was approached by Brundle on his famed grid walk, but she and her security team told him to move on despite the F1 icon insisting that celebrities on the track should be interviewed. When explaining her side of the situation, Delavingne wrote on Twitter: “I was told to say no so I did. Thank you for seeing both sides xxx Anyway, I had so much fun today and was so happy to be there no matter what anyone else may think x” Brundle asked to speak with Delevingne to get her thoughts ahead of the race, but he was shut down by her security team as she told him “I can’t hear anything I’m so sorry” before Brundle moved on to speak with the likes of Liam Payne and Pep Guardiola.
