The Dawson’s Creek actress welcomed baby number two with husband Thomas Kail, but has yet to announce their new arrival publicly, or reveal their name.
The 42-year-old was spotted enjoying a stroll around New York over the weekend, with the newborn strapped to her chest.
She could be seen smiling as she took in the fresh air, with her arms resting protectively around the little one.
