And now everyone's favourite queue-respecter David Beckham is getting in on the action as he returns to his former youth club Westward Boys in the Echo Premier League to coach a new bunch of aspiring footballers to glory after a disastrous start to the season. Well, they say disastrous, but this is something of a stretch considering they've only lost their first two games. Yes, two games, that's it. Are the producers of this show Arsenal fans? Because losing two matches does not constitute a crisis. Try being a Hull City fan, that'll show you a crisis. But this flimsy sketching is only really there to get Becks involved and mingling with the boys and saying the same, somewhat clichéd, motivational lines time after time until they start winning some matches. And, wow, he bloody loves a cliché. There's no shame in having drive and determination but, crikey, they're all taking it very seriously. Despite the fact it's a youth league and they're all barely teenagers, you'd think they were playing in the World Cup.
