Nunez’s home debut, however, ended in disaster after he was sent off for a headbutt on Crystal Palace’s Joachim Andersen, an incident that saw him suspended for three matches.
The 23-year-old subsequently produced some erratic displays but appears to be finding his feet and has scored four goals in his last five appearances.
