 A man who killed a pregnant mum-of-two after crashing into a car on the hard shoulder at high speed has been jailed. Adil Iqbal was speeding at 123mph in his BMW on the M66 motorway in Bury, Manchester, before the collision in May this year. The 22-year-old admitted to causing death by dangerous driving after Frankie Jules-Hough, 38, died in the smash. He has been sentenced to 12 years in prison today at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester. Iqbal, from Accrington, Lancashire, also pleaded guilty to causing serious injury to her son Thomas, nine, and nephew Tobias, aged four. Ms Jules-Hough had just stopped on the hard-shoulder to take a phone call at around 3.10pm on May 13 when her car was struck by Iqbal's. She was 18 weeks pregnant and expecting a daughter when the crash happened, according to her friend Debbie Wright.
