Speaking about joining Dancing On Ice, she said: "I'm nervous about cracking my head open, or just bashing the old head. I can't afford to lose any more brain cells. I'm also worried about my partner picking me up, he's going to have to be very strong and very brave." Lou's stint on Dancing On Ice was confirmed during a chat with Nihal Arthanayake on Radio Five Live today, where she admitted she was nervous about her upcoming appearance on the skating show. Her sign up to the show comes after bosses confirmed seven other names including boxer Ricky Hatton MBE, actress Claire Sweeney, singer Hannah Spearritt, Love Islander Amber Davies and Olympian Greg Rutherford MBE as well as Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire and Gogglebox's Stephen Lustig-Webb. The comedian has appeared on a string of comedy shows, including the likes of Russell Howard's Good News, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Richard Osman's House of Games, Would I Lie To You? and CelebAbility. She also won the 2019 series of Taskmaster. Earlier today, Stephen Webb was confirmed for the 2024 series of the skating show. Speaking about joining the programme, he said: "I'm really excited, really nervous, I just want to get out there now. I start really soon – I've got my masterclass next week with Torvill and Dean with the other celebs and the week after I start full-time training. "The last time I was on the ice I think I was 14 (years old) so almost 40 years ago. I have been back on the ice since just for a quick spin around, I didn't fall over so that was a good thing!
