A drug dealer has been jailed after he hastily stashed crack in his bum to evade police.
Marshall Reid was stopped by police on February 2, 2021 in Newbold, Chesterfield.
Officers suspected he had hidden illegal substances on his person, but Reid refused to co-operate with the search, Derby Crown Court heard.
When he was taken to hospital, he then stubbornly denied an x-ray.
But Reid’s plan was foiled after Derbyshire Police successfully applied for an extension to hold the 24-year old.
