The 21-year-old man was reportedly taken to the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead to undergo tests ahead of the procedure, to which he then refused to give consent, prosecutors allege
A couple and their daughter allegedly plotted to harvest a man’s kidney after keeping him as a slave in their London home.
Ike Ekweremadu, 60, and wife Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu, 55, are accused of transporting a 21-year-old homeless man from Nigeria to London.
Prosecutors allege that the couple planned to remove his kidney so that it could be given to their 25-year-old daughter Sonia, who has also now been charged.
They also allege the man was taken to the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead to undergo tests ahead of the procedure, to which he then refused to give consent, reports My London.
