Coronation Street’s Sarah Platt could be in grave danger on the ITV soap, after she confronted her killer uncle Stephen Reid about his schemes, unaware of the deadly truth
Coronation Street may have teased another shock death on the ITV soap, after scenes showed Sarah Platt getting closer to the truth about her villainous uncle Stephen Reid ahead of his exit from the show.
Sarah rumbled his shocking schemes during Monday night’s episode, and she was certainly onto her uncle. After some information from Tim Metcalfe and a discovery by her grandmother Audrey Roberts, Stephen’s mother, she eventually put the pieces together amid trouble at the factory.
Sarah finally worked out that Stephen’s ex Gabrielle was posing as a business consultant for the factory which Stephen took over management for when boss Carla Connor took some time out. She and her loved ones believed she was suffering with her mental health, unaware Stephen was drugging her with LSD.
Stephen has wormed his way to the top of the factory, with Gabrielle secretly involved too – but on Monday night, Sarah figured out what they were both up to. Giving Gabrielle a call, she revealed she knew who she really was and what had been going on behind the scenes, after realising Stephen had accessed the equity release money from Audrey’s house.
