Coronation Street fans finally learned who newcomer Dom was after his recent arrival on the ITV soap, with him linked to two residents
Coronation Street confirmed the identity of a new character on the ITV soap on Monday night. A mystery man named Dom arrived on the cobbles in a recent episode, with youngster Eliza seen having a secret video call with him.
Amid fears for her safety, viewers began speculating over who he was while spoilers did tease his identity. On Monday night, the truth came out as her grandfather Stu realised Eliza was lying to him.
Soon enough he tracked the 12 year old down, and was horrified to find her with an older man, and he had no idea who he was. Stu raged at Dom, the mystery man, accusing him of being inappropriate with Eliza.
But it’s then that she screamed out at her grandfather, confessing Dom was in fact her father. The pair had been estranged since she was young, with Eliza keen to get back in contact with him after recent drama.
