Coronation Street could be welcoming back a character on the ITV soap if the latest hints are anything to go by.
One resident was given an ultimatum by a loved one in the latest episode on Monday night, regarding a character who departed the Cobbles earlier this year. Tyrone Dobbs was caught between his mother Cassie Plummer and grandmother Evelyn Plummer, who continued to clash after Cassie’s drug collapse.
Cassie recently joined the show as Evelyn’s daughter, and the mother of Tyrone who had been told a few years ago that she had died. After the initial shock, Tyrone wanted to get to know his mum after so long apart.
Viewers discovered Cassie’s drug addicrion battle which led to her and Evelyn becoming estranged until revently, with Evelyn despertate to help her daughter. But despite Cassie vowing to get clean, she relapsed and suffered an overdose.
