Savings you’ll find at the Co-op if you’re a loyalty member include six Co-op free range eggs for £1.40, Co-op sliced loaf at 76p, and Co-op British milk one pint at 85p
Co-op has launched nearly 200 new lower prices for its loyalty card members – and it means some items are now cheaper than rivals Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
Savings include six Co-op free range eggs for £1.40, Co-op sliced loaf at 76p, and Co-op British milk one pint at 85p. Tesco and Sainsbury’s both charge 90p for one pint of milk, according to their online prices today.
Meanwhile, both supermarkets currently have own-brand packs of six eggs listed for £1.50 – although Tesco does also sell a larger box of ten caged eggs, so not free range, for £1.40.
Not all items are the absolute cheapest at Co-op – for example, you can buy 800g white bread from Tesco for 45p online, although this same product may not be available in smaller convenience stores.
