A business executive bombarded his ex-girlfriend with messages through her video doorbell, a court has heard.
Christian Frattarelli, 36, had allegedly recorded himself calling architect Paola Fasoli, 40, ‘a piece of s***’ and telling her to ‘look at my d***’ in Italian while she was on holiday in Dubai.
The messages – which she received on her mobile phone – were the only way he could contact her because she had blocked him on Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media, Westminster magistrates’ court heard.
However, he was acquitted of harassment between December 2021 and February 19, 2022, after district judge Briony Clark called the doorbell ringing ‘childish behaviour’.
She also refused a stalking protection order, describing Ms Fasoli as ‘a slightly evasive witness’.
