Marie - known professionally as Queenie - claims the former couple had spent '12 days alone together from November 18-November 30, in New York, working on their marriage' when the incident occurred. In the documents - obtained by The Daily Mail - Marie claims that "one of the four men" told her they had been hired by Cher. She says in the paperwork: 'I am currently unaware of my husband's wellbeing or whereabouts. I am very concerned and worried about him. I understand his family's efforts to make sure he is well, and I want what is best for my husband.' Marie also claims in the documents that Cher asked her to leave the home she lived in alongside Elijah without getting any of her belongings when he had to receive medical care at an undisclosed facility in August 2022. Elijah is Cher's youngest son who she welcomed with husband at the time Greg Allman of The Allman Brothers Band on July 10 1976. Cher and Greg married in 1975 but sadly divorced a few years later in 1979. Elijah was estranged from his father until they reconciled prior to his death in 2017.
