AFTER the past month filled with damp and dreary weather, Brits are finally set to enjoy some overdue sunshine this weekend.
The Met Office has officially predicted sunny days ahead – which means seaside staycations are back on.
Temperatures are set to reach 30C after a miserable summer washout, according to the Met Office.
Dan Harris, Deputy Chief Meteorologist, said that from tomorrow: “Most places will be dry with sunshine, although some early mist and low cloud could mean a slow start for some areas.
“We are likely to see the warmest weather on Friday and Saturday, with low to mid-20s widely and a peak of 29C most probable in the southeast;
