In the village, the fallout from Cain (Jeff Hordley) killing Al continues but of course, we know they're projecting negative opinions on the wrong person. As Cain and Moira (Natalie J Robb) secretly deal with the fact their young son, Kyle (Huey Quinn), really killed Al, Chas starts to lose control of her emotions, finding it extremely difficult to hide how she's truly feeling now Al has gone. Following his funeral, she finds an order of service and reads through it, but her upset and rage gets the better of her which causes Paddy (Dominic Brunt) to wonder if there's more to Chas' escalating grief. Elsewhere, after a conversation with Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) about the loan Al recently took out, Chloe (Jessie Elland) starts to wonder if he was cheating and decides to look through his credit card statements. Growing suspicious, Chloe then takes a call from an estate agent who alludes to the house Al was planning on buying with his partner and her child. When Chloe breaks the news about Al's affair, Kerry is devastated but finds support from Chas of all people, who – with a guilty conscience – encourages her to make a big decision…but what will it be?
