CHART-topping rapper Russ Millions was banned from the road after he was nearly three times the cannabis limit.
A court heard the 27-year-old learner was with a relative, in his 50s, when he cut up a motorist who alerted police.
Millions, who was in his first car – a BMW X6 Series – was arrested after a cop smelt weed in March at Mottingham, South East London.
The rapper, real name Shylo Millwood, admitted driving under the influence and without L-plates or insurance at Bromley magistrates’ court.
Millions, of Bickley, was banned for 12 months and fined £1,000.
