MAN UTD 4-2 ASTON VILLA: Erik ten Hag’s side are through to the fourth round of the EFL Cup after twice pegging back Unai Emery’s men at Old Trafford to enact revenge
A Bruno Fernandes-inspired Manchester United twice came from behind to beat Aston Villa 4-2 in the EFL Cup.
Enacting revenge for their dismal 3-1 defeat at Villa Park on Sunday, Erik ten Hag’s men powered themselves through to the fourth round after a sluggish first 45 minutes from both teams.
