Brooks Koepka is looking to help Team USA defend the Ryder Cup at Marco Simeone Golf and Country Club next week – and he is sporting a new haircut for the tournament
Brooks Koepka appears ready to defend the Ryder Cup with Team USA as the LIV Golf star unveiled a new mullet haircut.
Koepka is set to represent the United States at next week’s Ryder Cup in Rome at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club. The five-time major champion decided to switch up his look ahead of the iconic biennial tournament and will sport a mullet in Italy.
The mullet is a hairstyle that is not uncommon in the world of golf; Cameron Smith has been donning a mullet for several years. Now, another LIV Golf star is joining the Australian, unveiling his mullet on social media along with the caption: “Freedom Flow”.
Last week, Koepka debuted his new look in Chicago at Rich Harvest Farms at LIV Golf’s 12th event of its season. The 33-year-old will be the lone LIV player at this year’s Ryder Cup, earning one of Zach Johnson’s captain’s picks thanks to finishing tied for second at the Masters, a top-20 finish at the U.S. Open and a fifth major championship win at the PGA Championship.
