Once back home in England, they took to TikTok to share the ordeal, with the video racking up 2.2 million views. 'When I went to check in, they were confused and said they weren't expecting any more bookings,' Phoebe, who works in marketing, said. 'I asked what was going on and he said Phoebe Cruz had already checked in earlier in the day. He asked for my passport and said, 'This cannot be possible'. He showed me the papers from the earlier arrival and someone had filled out the forms for my name on the booking.' The team member reportedly went to knock at the door of the hotel room but no one answered. Phoebe and her partner were stumped by the apparent interloper, given that they'd not told anyone where they were staying. Thankfully, while they investigated mix-up mess, the reception team member managed to find a better room for the couple, putting them in the premium suite. 'It was a gorgeous cave room with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. He was really helpful and made sure we were comfortable and happy and the rest of the trip, they brought us a big tray of breakfast every morning and were super friendly and helpful," Phoebe said. 'We were happy enough with the outcome and didn't ask further what had actually happened.){kind=link}
