Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline ‘set to ask court to raise child support cheques’

The $40,000 (£32,000) per month cheques that Britney Spears writes to Kevin Federline are reportedly not cutting it anymore. Kevin allegedly now wants Britney to up the monthly payments

Kevin Federline allegedly wants Britney Spears to up her child support cheques for their sons, who both live with him. He’s allegedly even considering getting the court involved.

In their original custody agreement, the exes were set to split custodial time with their children, Jayden James and Sean Preston. However, over the years the two kids have spent much more time with their father. In fact, they reportedly haven’t seen Britney in over a year.

Plus, in just a couple of weeks, Sean Preston will turn 18 and Britney will no longer be required by law to send aid. While an insider said that Kevin current receives $40k per month, that will likely drop to around half if the court does not intervene.
