Boy George has a surprising connection to Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace which has been highlighted this week following his debut on I’m a Celebrity.
The singer, 61 – whose real name is George O’Dowd – is among the campmates on the ITV show. One person who is likely to be supporting him is fellow reality TV star Aisleyne, 43.
They have known each other for years, with him said to not only be a family friend, but also her godfather. The Big Brother star has spoken affectionately about him in the past.
It’s understood that Boy George was friends with her mother. He was mentioned in Aisleyne’s autobiography Surviving Guns, Gangs and Glamour, released in 2009.
