Boy, 12, killed as he ‘walked along motorway’ with man arrested over ‘hit-and-run’ tragedy (Image: PA) A 12-year-old boy has died in a hit-and-run accident, police have confirmed. The boy, who has not been named, was hit by a vehicle as he walked along the traffic artery near Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, on Saturday evening.
