Jeff Hopkins, a former golfer, and his sister Orla, a gymnast, will open a store for their athleisure brand New Dimensions Active (NDA) on Grafton Street next month. The duo have signed a new one-year lease for €500,000-€600,00, with the hope of renewing next year. The high-profile move makes sense for the burgeoning online business that has seen sales grow rapidly in the past five years. Hopkins thinks revenues will double in a year. NDA follows Sculpted by Aimee Connolly, another Irish-born online retailer, on to the street that once garnered some of the highest retail rents in the world. Sculpted, a skincare business, has signed a longer-term lease.
