EastEnders star Bobby Brazier will join this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, after building an impressive career in modelling following the tragic death of his mother Jade Goody in 2009
Ever since Bobby Brazier was confirmed to star in Strictly Come Dancing 2023, fans of the glitzy BBC One reality show have been desperate to know everything there is to know about the English model-turned-actor.
Bobby is best known as the son of Big Brother star Jade Goody, who died of cervical cancer in 2009 when he was just five years old.
After the death of his mother, he and his younger brother Freddie were raised by their dad Jeffrey outside of the spotlight. Bobby would return to the public eye, however, after a chance encounter at the age of 16 led him to be scouted by a model agent. Now 20, the Gen Z youngster has already shown serious promise as a rising star in the entertainment industry. Not only has Bobby walked for multiple shows at London Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, he has also appeared in photoshoots for magazines like Man About Town and Schon. He was even cast in Dolce & Gabbana’s show in Milan at the age of 17, an opportunity he later described as a ‘dream come true.’
Prior to his glamorous modelling career, the Essex native cut his teeth doing an apprenticeship in social media under the guidance of his father.
