Lisa, 55, ditched her bikini top as she soaked up the sun in Ibiza and looked super confident while strolling around on the sand.
The reality star has slimmed down in recent months after taking on a new job as an Amazon delivery driver.
Lisa, who starred on Big Brother in 2008, admitted she found herself struggling to make ends meet so took on the role to boost her income.
Running around as she tries to meet her target of delivering 28 to 30 parcels an hour has also seen her drop two stone in weight.
