Earlier this week, they had a go at doing impressions of the show’s narrator Marcus Bentley, who will also be returning. The presenter said: “Of course I would have done it. “I’m being really honest now, but in retrospect, I don’t think it would have been the right fit for me. “It’s come a long way since I hosted it and I am a different person.” Davina has also said she’s happy to pass the baton on to the show’s new presenters and has spoken to AJ about it. “I spoke to AJ, I had to remind her that I used to do the show when it started,” she shared. “It was quite daunting, so I wanted to give her my blessing. I know that I didn’t need to, but I wanted to pass on the baton.” Emma also said of the new series: “I am literally as happy as a pig in muck. “She’s [AJ] a very dear friend of mine and I did champion her from the beginning because I love her and I think she’s going to do a phenomenal job,” she added to The Sun’s TV Magazine.
