BEN STOKES has scored a record 182 runs for England in today’s ODI against New Zealand.
He surpassed previous record holder Jason Roy, who hit 180 in 2018 against Australia.
On his way to racking up the record score, Stokes hit his fastest ever century during an ODI.
Stokes, who came in at fourth in the batting order helped England arrest a sluggish start.
The batsman was in a hurry to reach his century as he achieved the ton off just 76 balls.
