‘Beautiful’ beach crowned one of Britain’s best

A new ranking from AA has crowned Britain’s best beach. The expert motoring team at AA looked at the cost of petrol, the distance to a town, nearby attractions and other factors to determine the winning beach. This year’s winner was Abersoch Beach in Wales which was described as ‘the premier beach to visit in the UK this summer’. It’s a beautiful beach.’ Abersoch was once named the eighth most desirable place to live in the UK and has been described as one of Britain’s poshest towns. The seaside town has plenty of restaurants for beachgoers to enjoy after a day relaxing at the coast. Seilebost Beach in Scotland took second place and can be found on the picturesque Isle of Harris. The gorgeous beach is often quiet and if the weather plays along, tourists might even be able to imagine they’re in the Caribbean. England’s best beach was Porthcurno on the south coast of Cornwall.
