 Thomas Tuchel insists Bayern Munich will go 'all in' on signing a striker this summer amid the club's pursuit of Harry Kane. Tottenham have rejected two offers from the German champions for Kane, the second thought to be worth £68.5million plus add-ons. Bayern are still keen to sign the England international with officials from both clubs meeting on Thursday but Spurs remain adamant their striker will not be sold this summer despite having just one year left on his contract. Tottenham's firm stance has already seen Manchester United end their interest in pursuing a deal this summer but Bayern have not given up on a deal yet. Bayern boss Tuchel was quizzed on the club's interest in Kane on Saturday and while he refused to discuss individual players, he underlined his desire to bring in a striker this summer. 'I have a very boring answer: I do not comment on players who are not with us,' Tuchel told a press conference. 'It's well known that we are looking for a number 9. But we need more patience' Should Spurs hold firm, Bayern are prepared to wait until next summer when Kane becomes a free agent and are now considering possible alternatives for the coming season. Sky Sport Germany report the club have already begun talks with the representatives of Manchester City star Julian Alvarez on a season-long loan deal. Dusan Vlahovic is another option under consideration. Kane meanwhile has travelled with the rest of the Tottenham squad for their pre-season tour of Australia and Asia.
