You'll be able to spot this rock as it's a different colour than all of the terrain surrounding it. Once you head over to the rock you'll have a perception check, which if passed will reveal that something is hidden underneath it. The scuffed rock is to the southwest of the Nautiloid crash site, you'll want to head to the coast and you should be able to find a path that will lead you to a small river from where the rock is visible. You'll need to simply cross the river and reach the rock to interact with it. Once you've arrived at the fabled rock you'll have the aforementioned perception check, but chances are you won't be able to move it right away. That's because you need to be hench to move it. You'll need a character with at least 13 points into Strength, if you've specced a character with that stat then you're golden just click and drag that rock out of the way. If not you'll need to find someone who can (or just respec, obviously). You can – in theory – level yourself up to get to that point, but it's honestly not worth the time it will take.
