When opening up the scoreboard in Call of Duty: Warzone 2, you’ll see a column showing AQ Soldier Kills, stick with us as we explain what this means.
After months of waiting, players are finally dropping into Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, but many are asking what AQ Kills are all about.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 has a ton of new features compared to the original title, including a new DMZ experience that sits alongside the familiar Solos, Duos, Trios, and Quads modes. As DMZ is a Warzone 2.0 mode, it’s also free-to-play and will be downloaded automatically with the game.
The Warzone 2.0 DMZ mode features significant numbers of AI enemies, but they’re also in the battle royale mode too, and that’s exactly what AQ Kills are referencing on your in-game scoreboard. Confused? Don’t worry, we can explain.
AQ Soldiers are the AI enemies that you come across in Al Mazrah. You’re most likely to find them guarding Strongholds and Black Sites. These AI enemies are members of the Al-Qatala terrorist organization seen in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 single-player campaign, but they’re simply referred to as AQ Soldiers in Warzone 2.0.
