 Antiques Roadshow star Theo Burrell has opened up about the mental toll her terminal brain cancer diagnosis has taken on her. The 36-year-old mum revealed in June that she had been diagnosed with 'an incurable aggressive grade 4 brain tumour' last year following the birth of her son. The ceramics expert, who has since undergone 'surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to keep the cancer under control,' was given just two years to live by medics, and told that her 'tumour will return and kill me'. She spoke of her heartache after receiving the diagnosis when her son was just a year old, saying it was 'devastating'. Theo has now shared another update with followers, saying she is trying to get back to 'day to day living'. She wrote: 'So the last couple of weeks have been a bit tough, mentally. 'Sometimes the enormity of a GBM is enough to scramble what's left of my healthy brain. 'Time to try and get back to day-to-day living.' Looking on the bright side as she shared a picture of a vibrant rainbow over a field, Theo added: 'In other news, quite a decent rainbow over the fields in East Lothian!' Overnight everything had changed.' She continued: 'Suddenly I'd gone from being a healthy person in the middle of my life with a new baby to having incurable cancer with maybe one or two years left to live.'
