According to documents obtained by PEOPLE magazine, Mishele requests 'at least $2million' in damages for 'negligence, infliction of emotional distress and trespass'. Ms Mishele does not actually own the house as she was renting it at the time of the crash, which has been ruled an accident. But the lawsuit claims she and her three pets – two dogs named Bree and Rueben and a tortoise called Marley – 'barely escaped physical impact from the crash'. She adds she has been left 'severely traumatised and without a place to live' as a result, is unable to sleep and is battling 'acute anxiety and depression'.
