 A man died and four others were injured after being attacked by an angry swarm of bees during a funeral procession in India. The mourners had been making their way through Kherwa village, near Dhar in the state of Madhya Pradesh when they were ambushed by the colony of honey bees. The swarm pursued the group, sparking chaos as people tried to flee. A man named Bondar Singh was killed in the attack, local police confirmed, while four others were taken to hospital in Barwani, reportedly with serious injuries. According to one of the mourners, funeral rites had just been performed in the sacred Muktidham, the MailOnline reports. And in April last year a 70-year-old man was killed by a swarm of 60,000 bees that attacked him while he was mowing his lawn in Texas. Thomas Hicks was doing some gardening when he became overwhelmed by a huge cloud of 'very aggressive' bees that stung him multiple times.
