You then click on the FIFA promo and the 'Get in-game content' button, and link the EA account you use to play FIFA 23 to Prime Gaming. After linking your account and claiming the pack, launch the game and select the FIFA Ultimate Team mode. Your Prime Gaming Pack should be waiting for you in the My Packs section, but sometimes it could take up to an hour for it to appear.
