A contestant on Channel 4’s most extreme show to date was forced to drop out within hours from an axe injury.
The new survival series Alone is one of the most petrifying shows to date, following 11 contestants dropped off in the Canadian wilderness with no food, water, shelter or, as the title suggests, company.
Whichever contestant is the last one standing takes home £100,000.
