More info On Friday’s episode of Have I Got News For You, the panel took a look at recent affairs including the first look at Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare. The book was torn apart by guest host Steph McGovern who slammed its contents. Packed Lunch presenter Steph McGovern sat in on the comedy quiz show alongside comedian Jamie MacDonald and mathematician Professor Hannah Fry. They joined team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop as they were put in the hot seat and quizzed on the latest news. During the picture spin quiz, a photo of Prince Harry was revealed which led Hannah to press her buzzer and predict he was in the news for his upcoming memoir. HIGNFY: Steph McGovern also joked about the Royal controversial costume HIGNFY: Ian Hislop and Hannah Fry were also on the panel Steph jibed: ‘Including this one,” which she said to poke fun at the controversial outfit the royal wore to a costume party in 2005. Steph added: ‘Hopefully, he includes as well the story about how he nearly drowned when he was wallowing in his own self-pity.’ As the panel laughed and the audience clapped in agreement, Hannah remarked: ‘And you said I was harsh.’ On Thursday, Prince Harry’s novel was announced with a release date of January 10. The phrase was also often seen in royal reporting when speaking about Prince Harry, a harsh contrast to Prince William who is next in line to the throne. The memoir’s title also evoked people to remember Princess Diana’s statement during her widely published interview with Martin Bashir.
