Caleb had been staying at the treatment facility for almost a year before Tammy's arrival. He proposed to the reality star in October 2022 in front of her family and friends. They then said 'I do' at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Centre in Ohio in November that year. Their special day was attended by family and friends, with Tammy's sister Amy Slaton stepping in as Tammy's maid of honour. During the ceremony, Amy admitted it was "bittersweet" to see her sister step into a new era of her life. Sadly, Tammy and Caleb's romance wasn't meant to be and they split after just five months of marriage.
