He added: "I think even if you don't find someone or do all of that, you actually learn a lot about yourself and learn a lot about you with dating and how to date. I'm a little bit out of practice believe it or not!" And despite having plenty of reality TV experience, Adam admitted that he still gets just as nervous. He said: "I feel like you're more confident in front of cameras, obviously, when you've done stuff [Love Island] like that. I get nervous just as much as you [viewers] still." Adam added: "No person is going into a first date 100% confident. I don't care what you say, I don't care who you are!" With Adam joining an exciting celebrity line-up, the former Love Islander admitted he got starstruck by Made in Chelsea star Mark-Francis Vandelli. He said: "It was really funny, I wouldn't say starstruck to the point of like the most I've ever been, obviously, I've met some really cool people. But Mark-Francis Vandelli, I actually went into the room and I don't know whether it's on camera or not but I was like: 'You know I used to watch you when I was in sixth form!'
