Aaron Judge scored a home run for the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball against the Miami Marlins on Friday night as he continued his return to form following a foot injury
Aaron Judge returned to scoring form for the New York Yankees in a big win over the Miami Marlins in Major League Baseball.
The Yankees won 9-4 on Friday night in the first of the three-game series. Judge scored one run which came from a 464-foot home run but only saw one run scored with no players being on base at the time.
Judge is still in the early stages of recovering from a foot injury that kept him sidelined for multiple weeks. The American sustained the injured while colliding with a fence making a catch against the Los Angeles Dodgers on June 3.
The 31-year-old made his return from injury against the Baltimore Orioles on July 28. However, Judge admitted at the time that he still was not at 100 percent as he continued his recovery, but that has not stopped him from playing his part to help the team.
