Prince Harry could reportedly travel to Britain during the Christmas period to promote his tell-all memoir in a bid to drive up sales. After his bombshell interviews with Oprah Winfrey and ABC, the Daily Mirror’s Royal Editor Russell Myers believes the Duke of Sussex will likely give more interviews during his potential promotional tour across Britain. Given the staggering sums at stake, the publisher will want him to advertise the memoir, Mr Myers added.Mr Myers told The Today Show: “He’s not too shy at giving interviews. We’ve heard some big ones with Oprah Winfrey and another with ABC News. “I imagine he would probably skip it but nothing is off the table with these two. And if he does come to the UK, it will only be to promote that book. “No doubt the exorbitant fees he’s being paid, the publishers will want him front and centre to be pushing it out there. “I just expect anything.” Russel Myers says Prince Harry could give interviews on his UK book tour (Image: GETTY YOUTUBE/@TODAY) Russell Myers says Penguin Random House would want Prince Harry to promote the book (Image: YOUTUBE/@TODAY)Since Penguin Random House publisher announced Harry’s memoir will be published on January 10, speculations have swirled around Prince Harry’s return to Britain. Harry may fly to Britain in the New Year to explain his “intent” in writing the book, an unnamed royal expert told the Daily Mail. But his return will not be used as a chance to make amends with the Royal Family, biographer Angela Levin said, claiming Harry “turned down” an offer from the King to spend Christmas with his family at Sandringham.”He turned that down but he’ll go around promoting the book,” Ms Levin said, as the Royal Family is reportedly dreading the contents of the book.READ MORE: Americans to ‘see much more’ of Kate and William Prince Harry could reportedly make a UK book tour to promote his memoir (Image: GETTY) Prince Harry would come back to the UK for the first time since the Queen’s funeral (Image: GETTY)”Put it this way, it’s not going to make for a relaxing family Christmas,” an unnamed royal insider told the Mail on Sunday. With the move, Prince Harry is breaking a royal family tradition.
