Dawn French said: 'I had the time of my life lending my voice to the Fairy that brought Percy Pig to life last year. 'I was so excited that M&S wanted to bring her back for more adventures and discover more of that AMAZING food… and, this time with a trusty new sidekick!' Marks and Spencer has revealed its Christmas food advert for 2022 – and it features the incredible comedy duo Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders getting up to mischief as Fairy and Duckie
This isn’t just any Christmas advert⦠this is M&S’ Christmas advert.
Marks and Spencer has revealed its festive food campaign for this year, with the iconic Dawn French reprising her role as the Christmas Fairy.
But this time she’s joined by her long-term comedy partner Jennifer Saunders, who plays her new pal Duckie, a tatty but much-loved dog chew toy.
The advert starts with Fairy leaving her perch at the top of the tree to find a “new very special friend” to celebrate Christmas with.
