Law enforcement rushed to the scene, where Takeoff was pronounced dead. A Houston Police spokesperson told reporters Migos rappers Takeoff and Quavo were at the scene but will not be releasing the formal identity of the male deceased yet. Rapper Takeoff shared a chilling picture ‘minutes before’ he was killed in Houston.
The Migos rapper posted a snap stood outside the venue he was shot dead at on his Instagram story moments before his death.
It was posted alongside the lyrics and soundtrack to ‘Stop Breathing’ by Playboi Carti in what appears to be a haunting coincidence.
He later died at the age of 28 after being gunned down in the Texas city.
