A mum who spent weeks waking up at 6am to try and buy the sell-out Prime energy drink says she finally managed to bag a bottle – and surprised her daughter in a sweet video.
Lisa Smith, 42, had been trying to find a bottle of Prime – a hit new business venture from social influencers KSI and Logan Paul – for her daughter Jessie, nine.
Demand for the £2 drink has been exceptionally high among teenagers, with reports of bottles being listed on eBay for £10k.
For three weeks Lisa left her home early to drive to her local Asda in Huyton, Liverpool in a bid to secure a bottle, but without success.
